Tuscany , a land of strong and unmistakable flavours, represented by Lardo di Colonnata PGI , produced thanks to a microclimate characteristic only of Colonnata, which keeps the pork meat at particular temperatures and humidity.

Veneto , a region proud of its many food and wine riches, represented by Pepita del Piave® , a one-of-a-kind cured meat, characterized not only by its spicy taste, but also by its airy maturation thanks to the winds of the Piave valley.

The Marche , strong in its territory rich in nature and numerous traditions, especially cured meats such as Ciauscolo PGI , the soft salami par excellence.

Lardo di Colonnata PGI: "poor" accompaniment of the quarrymen Apuan Alps , it was sliced ​​thinly accompanied with bread and tomato.
A simple food but with a high energy value that had to sustain the quarryman throughout the hard day's work in the quarry, at almost 2000 meters above sea level.

The meat used for Pepita del Piave® is processed within 24/36 hours of slaughter, in order to preserve its softness and freshness.
Thanks to the mixture of spices and natural aromas that surrounds it, Pepita del Piave® has a unique taste and aroma, which cannot be confused with those of other cured meats.

Ciauscolo PGI: It has a soft consistency and an intense flavour, thanks to the presence of pepper and other spices in the meat mixture used for its production.
Ciauscolo is traditionally served as an appetizer or snack, but can also be used as an ingredient in numerous recipes from the Marche cuisine.
Its artisanal production and respect for local tradition make it a high quality product appreciated throughout Italy.

Ingredients:
Lardo di Colonnata PGI: pork lard, natural sea salt, black pepper, garlic, fresh rosemary, blend of spices and aromatic herbs.
Pepita del Piave®: pork, salt, spices, aromatic plants, natural flavourings, smoke flavouring, dextrose, sugar, antioxidant E300, preservative E252.
Ciauscolo PGI: pork meat, pork fat, salt, pepper, garlic, wine. Preservative E252.
