Fruit nectar is the result of squeezing fruit with consequent separation of the pulpy part. The fruit is washed shortly after harvesting and blanched in order to obtain a puree which is then diluted in water and to which organic beet sugar is added. Raspberry and currant nectar is a drink rich in antioxidants and thirst quenching as the currant has good acidity.
