The Friulian Honeydew Honey is very particular and precious:instead of being produced from nectars, it is collected and processed by bees directly from the leaves of the trees. With a dark amber color, sometimes almost black, with an intense and sweet taste, it has a very dense consistency that does not crystallize. The product, properly controlled, analyzed and selected on arrival, is liquefied in a hot chamber at a temperature below 50 ° C, filtered, homogenized and packaged.
