One of the flagship products of the Antica Fratta winery, a point of reference for the production of Franciacorta for many years. A refined, pale pink color heralds aromas of undergrowth and fruit compote, smoothed by over 42 months of aging on the yeasts. An elegant pink-tinged bubble ready to amaze with its refined taste

  • Characteristics : The perlage is fine and persistent, the foam is abundant and creamy. With a pale pink tone, with reflections that tend towards salmon and which can vary slightly from one vintage to another, due to the different degree of ripeness of the Pinot Noir grapes. The aroma is intense, with hints of small red fruits. With a good body and structure, fragrant, intense, balanced flavor, excellent persistence and pleasant vinosity

Ancient Fratta winery

A historic residence with a centuries-old park that hides a cellar built in 1850, in order to preserve wines that today find their maximum expression with the Franciacorta method. The winery, built in the Monticelli Brusati district, was already spoken of with admiration in the mid-nineteenth century. In the second half of the nineteenth century the knight. Luigi Rossetti, a wealthy merchant in the area, transformed a farmhouse presumably dating back to the 16th century into his elegant residence, as well as the headquarters of his wine business, for which he built the beautiful cellars obtained by digging into the living rock of the sloping hill behind the Villa , which was renovated in 1979, bringing it back to its former glory.
