The philosophy of Pastarolo

In the green heart of Umbria, where the sun kisses the hills and the scent of rosemary dances in the air, our stuffed pastas are born. Aurora, together with her children, Monica and Michele, creator and creator of the special project "Il Pastarolo", work daily to convey their dedication and creativity in everyday pastas and dishes.

All our pastas are handmade, with national soft wheat flours and durum wheat semolina. Alternatively, with special flours from organic farming, grown in our Umbria region and coming from 0 km crops.

We use fresh, quality raw materials selected from local producers at km0. For all productions, organic eggs from free-range hens from local companies are used. We do not use preservatives and colourants. To maintain high quality, in the case of shipments within the national territory, our productions are subject to pasteurization processes.
