- Expression of quality : For 40 years we have been working to extend the aging time dedicated to Alma gran Cuvée more and more, in fact time is our greatest ally in unfolding in a technique that we have elevated to a real art. the selection made in the vineyard finds full expression in the cellar where every single parcel is harvested separately to keep the biodiversity heritage sought in the vineyard intact and pure.
- Realization: Chardonnay grapes mainly, then pinot noir and a small amount of pinot bianco. In the cellar it is assembled by skilled hands, starting with numerous harvest selections and some reserve wines from previous vintages, an indispensable treasure to perpetuate the style of the house over time. Another decisive factor is the fermentation and élevage of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels, capable of adding intensity and complexity.à.
- Characteristics : The color of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage is fine and continuous. Ample and enveloping, the aromas range from ripe fruit to fresh flowers, up to notes of vanilla and pastry. In the mouth it is savory and complete, fresh and vibrant, decidedly coherent on the aromatic level. Long and harmonious finish.
